Key to this role is willingness to build repeatable and easy to execute campaigns that will not only excite the broad channel, but put money in their pockets as well. We are investing in our partners and need to know where and how to achieve the best bang for buck. We need an individual who understands how the broad channel and distribution works, so that we can be successful in the shortest period of time. Nutanix has the technology solution, customers have the problems that need to be solved, so it is all down to the execution.

**RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will need to understand the broad channel and distribution partners. What makes them tick? What do we need to do to capture mind share and drive adoption?
- You will own the distribution partners and all that goes with it. Front end marketing, broad channel adoption and enablement, back end processing. Don't worry though you won't have to do it alone. There are tams of people that are there to help, but we need someone to direct the resources.
- You will hold regular sales cadence meetings and business planning sessions with the distribution partners including Quarterly business reviews to plan spending. This will include business activities and the ability to drive mutual revenue growth
- You will be collaborative with Nutanix sales leadership to build the core strategy for the broad channel market as well as the wider teams across sales, marketing and engineering
- You will help excite and energise the market through the channel and create innovative ways of helping to position disruptive partners into customers driving transformation agendas.

**REQUIREMENTS
- Detailed understanding of the IT channel, how they operate and what drives them.
- Experience in working in a highly disruptive environment where the rules are changed and new ways of working are developed
- Demonstrated ability to create and build strategic relationships across multiple organisations
- Experience in managing conflict and tension
- You are a Self starter, who is comfortable working in a deeply fast growing environment
- Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees within the sales function and across functions including Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Product Development

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- It would be advantageous to understand IT infrastructure and how it supports a digital transformation agenda
- Your role is an integral part of the ecosystem. You are tenacious, dedicated and a top performer in your current role who is looking go build and expand their outstanding skills
- Travel is required up to 30% for this role
