**The Role**

Responsible for increasing growth by increasing global distribution channels.

This will be achieved through developing, implementing and nurturing portfolio sales whilst executing performance plans in line with the corporate strategic plan to achieve and exceed sales targets, market share targets and product focus

The role requires setting up new distribution channels globally, ongoing development, coordination and management of relationships for all distribution partners globally.

Partnering with the distributor(s) and marketing team to develop programs that increase revenue and brand awareness. Conducting weekly progress reviews against these plans.

To drive growth, establish, sustain and nurture working relationships with Key Decision Makers and stakeholders and to consistently identify opportunities to successfully expand sales into new customer areas.

**About you**:
You will have previous experience in setting up new distribution channels advantageous and a very strong sales background is imperative.

You will have experience in establishment and management of distributors with a focus on growth, operating within contracts whilst displaying excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You will be someone who thrives and excels in a busy environment and be versed in managing multiple priorities at once

You will have strong report writing skills are imperative along with a strong commercial & financial acumen whilst being tech savvy and thinking outside the box
