**The role**:
- Facilities Coordinator based in Sydney within the Business Operations team.
- The Facilities Coordinator works directly to the Facilities Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a premium tenancy and client floor.
- The tasks include physical setup of the client floor, managing furniture and equipment, setting up meeting rooms, assisting with office moves, coordinating with the catering team, handling maintenance requests, and supporting WHS-related tasks.
- 8 am to 4:15 pm, Monday to Friday. Flexibility may be required based on business needs, and the role involves physical work.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is important, and previous experience in facilities management or a trade-related background is advantageous.
