About the Role
We are searching for a marketing leader to drive our up-market growth across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. As the Head of Marketing, Asia Pacific, you will lead marketing's contribution to our regional business goals. This is a pivotal leadership role on the APAC Senior Leadership Team (SLT), serving as the voice of marketing and a key architect of our regional strategy. You will lead through a combination of direct team management and cross-functional influence to ensure Marketing exceeds its pipeline goals. Your mission is to build a world-class marketing function that delivers predictable, scalable pipeline and drives revenue.

What You'll Do
Set the Regional Strategy: As a member of the APAC SLT, co-own the regional revenue targets and develop the overarching marketing strategy to drive market penetration and meet our growth goals.
Lead & Develop Your Team: Directly lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing regional team focused on ABM and local campaigns, fostering a culture of accountability and impact.
Represent Marketing Results: Take accountability for total regional marketing performance. Build partnerships with global teams—including Partner, Events, Brand, and Performance Marketing—to rally the cross-functional team behind APAC's priorities.
Immerse in the Data: Hunt for funnel insights to refine marketing strategies for distinct customer segments and countries. Analyze program performance to scale efforts, optimize marketing mix, and achieve KPIs.
AI Reflexivity: Lead the team in leveraging AI to drive efficiency and impact.
Communicate & Influence: Communicate insights, learnings, results, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels on a regular cadence, ensuring alignment and celebrating progress.
Be the Voice of the Region: Translate global campaigns into locally resonant expressions for APAC and provide market feedback to global teams.
What You'll Bring
A significant track record of B2B marketing leadership within the APAC technology or SaaS sector, with a history of exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.
Deep expertise in building demand generation engines, particularly ABM, in partnership with Sales and Partnerships.
A hands-on leader who is a deep craft expert and works with the team alongside them.
Proven ability to build, coach, and inspire high-performing teams; a leader who develops leaders.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, be solutions-oriented, and juggle multiple high-impact projects while rallying teams behind solutions.
Mastery of leading in a matrixed environment and driving results through direct reports and cross-functional influence.
Deep proficiency in modern marketing technology and data systems.
