Head of Sales – Australia
. This is a rare opportunity to lead enterprise growth for a category-creating platform that's already trusted by nation-scale clients across government and industry.

execution intelligence platform
that helps major organisations stay on track with strategic priorities — by connecting objectives, KPIs and project data into a single, AI-driven view. Their solution is already making a measurable difference in sectors like Health, Defence, Infrastructure, and Public Administration.
The Role
We're looking for a commercially minded sales leader to take ownership of the Australian market. You'll lead both new client acquisition and account growth, working closely with executive stakeholders across the public and private sectors.
While the initial focus is on Canberra and federal government, there's clear scope to scale across ANZ and broader APAC.
Key Responsibilities
Build and close a pipeline of enterprise opportunities across government and ASX 200 clients
Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through to signed agreements
Grow existing accounts into long-term, multi-stream programs
Establish trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders (CIOs, CFOs, Secretaries, etc.)
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure commercial goals are aligned with execution
Contribute to go-to-market strategy, team growth, and sales operations as the regional business scales
About You
10+ years' experience in enterprise sales or consulting (ideally digital transformation, SaaS, or data/AI-driven platforms)
Strong understanding of public sector or complex enterprise buying environments
Proven ability to both win new business and expand strategic accounts
Confident communicator with a track record of engaging senior executives
Comfortable balancing leadership with hands-on deal execution
Familiarity with Defence, Health, Infrastructure, or Treasury portfolios is a plus
