
APAC Channel Development Strategist

**Job Summary**: We seek an experienced professional to develop and execute strategies for expanding our partner network in the APAC region.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Foster strong relationships with Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and Global System Integrators (GSIs), providing them with necessary resources and support.\
- Establish and maintain a robust partner ecosystem in the APAC market by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing new channel partners.\
- Collaborate with partners to create tailored marketing strategies that align with business objectives.\
- Provide training and workshops to ensure effective understanding and utilization of products among partners.\
- Monitor partner performance, offer guidance and support to optimize growth, and deliver insightful feedback to internal teams regarding partner needs and market trends.\
- We are looking for someone with:\

- A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.\
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development within the technology sector.\
- An in-depth understanding of the APAC market and its dynamics.\
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with partners.\
- A proven track record of developing and executing partner strategies that drive revenue growth.\
- The ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.\
- Strong analytical skills to assess partner performance and market trends.\
- Willingness to travel within the APAC region as needed.\
- Prior experience with analytics software or a background in industrial technologies is a plus.\
