Add expected salary to your profile for insights We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Development Manager to lead the planning, delivery, and financial performance of multiple projects in our portfolio.
You will work across the entire project lifecycle, from feasibility and approvals through to construction, sales, and customer experience.
Beyond technical delivery, you'll collaborate closely with the management team to develop and oversee Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service strategies for each project, ensuring communities launch successfully, resonate with our customers, and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities · Lead project lifecycle from acquisition feasibility to delivery, including design, approvals, procurement, construction, sales, marketing and handover; · Partner with leadership to prepare Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service strategies, and oversee their implementation; · Drive feasibility modelling, financial forecasting, and project returns analysis; · Manage budgets, monitor costs, and ensure projects achieve financial KPIs; · Liaise with architects, contractors, consultants, and approval authorities; · Oversee quality, compliance, permits, and performance monitoring; · Provide leadership to internal and external project teams; and · Report regularly to management on project progress, risks, and financial performance.
About You · Tertiary qualification in relevant related field; · Extensive experience in residential, land lease or MPC developments; · Strong skills in feasibility, project finance, budget management, and cost control; · Proven track record in regulatory approvals and stakeholder management; · Experience formulating Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service strategies tied to development delivery; · Excellent leadership, decision-making, problem-solving and communication skills; · End-to-end project experience across development, construction, sales, and customer service; and · Relentless attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
