You will also work closely internally with Drafting, Estimating, Studio M and Permits to get them to site and do a handover with the build team.
Reporting to the Pre-Site Manager, your responsibilities will include: Effectively manage your customer expectations and ensure they are aware on the status of their home during the pre-construction processDeliver exceptional customer service, build and maintain customer relationshipsContinuously providing updates to your customersMaintain a high degree of accuracy recording customer project detailsLiaising with drafting, estimating, studio and external suppliers and coordinate client variations when requiredEnsuring customer quality control through professional communications, maintaining data entry and executing report compilationConsistently develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes in order to confidently interact with clients; andAssist with all Customer Support related tasks.
