Asset Management Property Analyst

**Location**: Parramatta / WFH

**Hours**: 40 per week

An experienced property asset management professional is required to join the Property Team. The purpose of this role is to enable growth through the design, implementation, and adoption of process-driven solutions.

The role will support stakeholder engagement, analysis and will be responsible for the identification of issues/opportunities, and designing, planning, and delivering solutions. This role will gather and analyse requirements for the documents and audit process to understand business problems and work with business owners to determine best outcomes that are aligned to capabilities and effectively manage delivery from initial review to implementation and embedment.

**Essential criteria**:

- Good communication and people skills
- Property asset management experience
- Preventative maintenance services experience
- Ability to engage with stakeholders to collect business requirements, analyse transition criteria
- Ability to research and incorporate external market best practice to business solutions
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Expertise with MS Office (PPT, XLS and DOC)
