Real Assets Investment Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Investment Analyst, Real Assets to support our team in delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent research skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and developing portfolio models for indirect infrastructure and property investments.
  • Preparing forecasts, valuations, and analysing investment performance and risk/return profiles.
  • Conducting market research and contributing to investment themes and ideas generation.

Additionally, the analyst will assist in reviewing and optimising transaction parameters and structures, preparing investment strategies for Real Assets investments, and contributing to monthly and quarterly reporting requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Professional qualifications commensurate with the role, such as a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Law, Engineering, Economics, Property, Finance, or other related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a high level of numeracy and experience in cashflow modelling, feasibility studies, and investment evaluation.
  • Strong research skills at both macro and specific asset levels, with an understanding of key factors influencing property and infrastructure markets.
