Job Title: Retail Asset Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial models for retail properties
  • Prepare high-quality submissions, pitches, and information memorandums to facilitate effective client communication
  • Coordinate technical and financial due diligence, including lease reviews and benchmarking to ensure accurate market valuations
  • Research and maintain up-to-date market trends and key data sources to inform business decisions
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and support the negotiation of major retail property transactions

About This Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with market leaders and contribute to the analysis, marketing, and negotiation of significant retail property transactions. We are looking for someone who is passionate about retail property and has a strong desire to grow within a national team.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of the Australian retail property market
  • Highly desirable qualifications include CPV certification and experience in commercial property business, preferably within the retail asset class.
