Job Description

This is a key role within our operations team, responsible for the strategic management of our property assets. As an Asset Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in driving improvements in asset systems for long-term efficiency and supporting residents with empathy and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with village teams to maintain accurate and accessible asset data
  • Develop and implement effective asset management plans
  • Foster a positive community-focused environment
  • Ensure transparency and compliance in all asset-related matters
Requirements
  • 4-5 years' experience in asset management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and guidelines
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (desired but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders and residents
  • Familiarity with contracts and property management principles
  • Australian Drivers licence
  • First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
