
Leading Property and Asset Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Property and Asset Manager to lead our property team in managing the Property and Asset Management Information System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training and support for system users, ensuring they can utilize the system efficiently.
- Regularly report to executive and line managers regarding the system's performance and provide monthly reports on actual versus budgeted asset management plans.
- Liaise with software suppliers and IT teams to ensure the system remains operational and is upgraded as required.
- Administer the corporate contractor and supplier compliance system.
- Assist with the preparation, tendering, award, and administration of property and asset management related contracts and supply agreements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar property and asset management role.
- IT literacy skills and the ability to administer corporate property and asset management information systems.
- Competent user of Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.
- Knowledge and experience in contractor management and compliance would be desirable.
- Experience within the Aged Care industry, though not essential, would be advantageous.
- Australian work rights, a valid driving license, and a willingness to submit a National Crime Check.

Requirements:
- Proven track record in property and asset management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in property or a related field.
- Professional certification in property management (e.g., API Property Institute).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property and asset management.
- Experience working in the aged care industry.
