You will be required to answer in-bound calls and make out-bound calls depending on the need of the customer.

Internal relationships - Customer Journey & Business Improvement Team, Glazing Branch Managers, Workforce Planning Team, Glazing Solutions Consultants.
External Relationships - Key Accounts support to the BDM's
**Qualifications**:
Essential
Minimum Higher School Certificate or Equivalent
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Experience & Attributes
Essential Sales Experience (ideally in a Call Centre environment)
Asks for the sale / Assertive
Strong communication skills
Resilient temperament
