Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Specialist Job Description:We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill two positions for Inbound Customer Service Consultants. As the first point of contact for mobile and NBN inquiries, you will be working with a reputable telecommunications company based in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley. The role involves handling all inbound enquiries relating to basic technical support and troubleshooting, managing a busy inbox and following up on escalations, providing excellent customer service daily, and data entry and general administration. Key Requirements:• Previous experience within a contact centre or customer service environment is ideal but not necessary. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service is essential.• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are required to interact effectively with customers.• Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and maintain a positive attitude.• Desire to grow and develop within a supportive team environment. Benefits:• Competitive salary range $58-$65k + Superannuation.• Opportunities for growth and development within a dedicated team.• Stable, full-time, permanent position with 38 hours per week.
