The role Join Adbri's Health & Safety team and play a key role in driving WHS performance across our SA and NT operations.
Reporting to the SA/NT HSE Manager, you'll lead strategic safety initiatives, support operational teams, and help shape a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities Champion WHS improvements and risk reduction across sitesDeliver training, coaching, and support on HSE systems and complianceGuide incident investigations and share safety learningsConduct site visits, audits, and provide expert WHS adviceSupport ISO 45001 systems and continuous improvement What You'll Bring WHS qualification and 5+ years' experience in heavy industry or constructionStrong knowledge of WHS legislation and ISO standardsICAM and Cert IV Training & Assessment (preferred)Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Our business Adbri Limited is a constructions materials and industrial minerals manufacturing company that has been building a better Australia since 1882.
