**Minimum qualifications**:

- 10 years of experience with sales in the technology industry using SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products and platforms.
- Experience in Retail, Martech, Cloud, and Omnichannel (from App to Store).
- Experience in transformative Retail projects (e.g., Omni-channel delivery, Loyalty, acquisition, LTV, etc.).
- Experience in both traditional store based Retailers and Online.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- 10 years of field sales experience in the technology industry, working with large enterprise or strategic accounts.
- Experience successfully working on large, complex commercial and legal agreements with procurement, legal, and business teams.
- Experience working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects, including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
- Experience in Supply Chains, Merchandising, HR, and Finance domains within a Retail environment.
- Knowledge of digital design tools, Salesforce, and other CDP solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and grow executive relationships with enterprise customers. Influence long-term strategic direction and serve as a business partner.
- Discuss and manage complex business cycles and present to C-level executives in corporate and global customers.
- Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with Customer Engineers and Google Partners, creating new opportunities.
- Understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, business drivers, technology strategy, and competitive landscape.
- Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
