Job Description

As a Field Account Representative, you will be the face of our brand in your territory - driving sales growth, strengthening retail partnerships, and ensuring our products are showcased in-store with excellence. Through collaboration, training, and brand advocacy, you will help bring our products and stories to life for consumers.

The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with retail staff and store managers. You will execute seasonal product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives in partner stores, ensuring premium in-store execution across merchandising, product layout, and stock levels.

You will train and inspire retail partners on our product technologies, stories, and benefits. Sharing field insights with our teams on market trends, competitors, and store performance will also be a key part of this role.

Driving sell-through via activations, events, and impactful training sessions is crucial to success in this position. Upholding brand standards across all retail environments and monitoring performance metrics to collaborate with internal teams to exceed KPIs will also be essential responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and consumer behavior. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual, are also necessary.

A commercial mindset with proven ability to influence sales performance and solid analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actions are critical. A passion for sports, lifestyle, and our brand is also essential.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). 2–4 years of experience in retail account management, field sales, or a related commercial role are required.
