**Role Overview**:
As the Online Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in our mission by overseeing our operational activities and driving our strategic growth. You will collaborate with the Directors to develop and execute strategic plans, optimise project resources, foster key partnerships, and ensure that our projects are delivered with excellence. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the transformation of the residential construction industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Executing our vision and manage Live Life Build on a day-to-day basis.
- Develop and update project plans, ensuring clear goals, timelines, and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate how Live Life Build can support and contribute to the overall Live Life Build Group ecosystem, including exploring potential synergies and partnerships.
- Work with our Member Success Manager to review and improve data reporting on member retention, audience engagement, business growth, strategic development.
- Identify and mitigate project and team risks, develop contingency plans as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Strong project management skills and experience, preferably in the residential construction industry.
- Has a familiarity with or background in the residential construction industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on active listening and openness to feedback.
- Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Technical acumen and experience with an online or membership business.
- Proficiency in using technology tools such as Slack, Vimeo, Asana, WordPress, GSuite, and social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Canva.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
- Leadership skills, with a track record of managing and cultivating effective team culture.
- Growth mindset, continuously seeking personal and professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
