About the Opportunity

This is a chance for an experienced, collaborative ecommerce/online manager to deliver on key growth initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of ecommerce stores, owning and driving the online agenda.
  • Driving conversion and return on ad spend.
  • Ensuring all major brand and social campaigns are represented and supported online.
  • Continuious improvement of search engine optimisation and user experience.
  • Management and execution of the promotional programme & pricing.
  • Ongoing analysis and optimization of website performance, forecasting and reporting on key ecommerce metrics.
  • Stakeholder and relationship management within the online team, across the business and relevant vendor relationships.
  • Proactive strategic problem solving.
  • The identification and delivery of all growth projects and initiatives.
  • Leadership and development of a high functioning team.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with 7+ years digital experience including marketing, data and analytics and optimisation of ecommerce websites.
