As they continue to expand our operations, they are seeking a talented and experienced QA Manager to join the team and ensure the highest standards of product quality and safety.

**About the Role**
As the QA Manager you will report into the Operations Manager, and you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and elevating the product quality and safety standards. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive quality assurance programs and processes across the food operations. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, your role will involve ensuring regulatory compliance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of quality throughout the organisation.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field.
- Experienced leader with a track record of managing and leading teams
- A proven track record in implementing continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements (SQF, BRC, HACCP, GFSI)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across departments and stakeholders.
