**Our client is a highly successful, innovative service and asset operator using their extensive expertise in contract management, systems, infrastructure, finance, WH&S, and risk management. They are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to provide advice and support on the Company's quality frameworks and management systems to ensure relevant accreditations are maintained.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The key responsibilities of this permanent full-time position include:

- Deploy quality control systems, policies and procedures that support operations and are aligned to the relevant ISO standards as well as stakeholder expectations and requirements.
- Provide advice and support on quality to the leadership team to enable them to meet their responsibilities and obligations regarding quality.
- Maintain quality reporting for Board/relevant authorities.
- Undertake regular review, auditing, and analysis of key quality control activities across the business and identify areas of improvement.
- Undertake appropriate internal audits of service providers - ensuring appropriate management and reporting systems are established and maintained.
- Manage external audits.
- Manage and coordinate the annual ISO certification audit programs and schedule in consultation with the external auditors and relevant process owners, including communication, implementation and resolution of internal audit schedule, audit outcomes and actions, and driving recommended opportunities for improvement.
- Manage the quarterly review and reporting of the company quality control systems and frameworks.
- Provide support and ensure awareness of obligations regarding legislation, regulations, permits to operate, standards and internal policies to employees across business units and assets.
- Monitor and maintain a register for compliance against operating agreement obligations, and coordinate reporting responsibilities, as required.
- Undertake integrated process design and process mapping.
- Manage complaint's resolution close-out and corrective action approval.
- Manage business specific intellectual property.
- Coordinate quality control and quality assurance.
- Register and report on customer complaints.
- Undertake subcontractor audits and reporting.
- Data capture and monitoring.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Degree in Quality or equivalent. Certification audit experience is desirable.
- Proven experience in deployment of quality management systems.
- Demonstrated experience in quality management and industry quality standards and processes, ISO accreditation and auditing process.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate and negotiate in external and internal environments.
- Expertise in managing multiple stakeholders and communications in diverse, internal and external environments.
- Experience in business process analysis and improvement.
