We're looking for someone who's looking to make an impact as we transform our approach to content marketing across the RACV Leisure portfolio.

In this role you will be responsible for planning and creating compelling social content that underpins campaign activity for the RACV Leisure business. You will bring your experience across digital and social channels together with a passion for travel and leisure experiences to craft engaging and targeted content via agencies and creators - including imagery, video and written content.

You will work closely with digital, social and direct communication teams to plan and develop content aligned to business strategy and relevant to each channel and product.

**What you'll need to be successful**
- Proven experience using marketing and analytics platforms to evaluate performance of content marketing initiatives to inform decision making.
- Proven experience working in content marketing or a social/digital content role with demonstrated knowledge of content planning.
- Excellent writing, editing and presentation skills across all mediums with the ability to identify and create compelling content.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organised to deliver on deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external third-party vendors.
