We're looking for a Content Coordinator to join our busy Content team. This is a hands-on, admin-focused role that keeps our content engine running smoothly and ensures everything goes out on time.

What you'll do
  • Publish and maintain articles in WordPress
  • Compile and schedule EDMs via ActiveCampaign
  • Keep our content calendars up to date in Monday.com
  • Coordinate deadlines and provide admin support to the Head of Content
  • Ensure all content is delivered error-free, on time, and on brand

  • Detail-oriented and highly organised
  • A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident with digital tools (or eager to learn): WordPress, ActiveCampaign, Monday.com, and social platforms
  • Able to juggle multiple deadlines without dropping the ball
  • Someone who loves travel and wants to be part of Australia's #1 points community
