About the Role
As a Content Coordinator in our Corporate Content Team, you'll play a key role in helping to publish and distribute corporate content to support ANZ's strategic agenda and business-as-usual activity. This role will be working closely with the Editorial Producer and Senior Content Manager to develop and distribute content for multiple channels. Focused on creating content, editing videos and podcasts, the Content Coordinator also manages publishing of content across all ANZ-owned platforms including ANZ News and bluenotes. They monitor site traffic and engagement, conduct keyword and SEO research to understand audience needs, develop regular and meaningful reporting for ANZ content channels and manage search optimisation.

**Role Location**: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008 (this role may be flexible, to be further discussed by the Hiring Manager)
**Role Type**: 6-12-month fixed-term opportunity, Full-Time
What will your day look like?
As a Content Coordinator, you will also have the opportunity to:
Deliver and support business-as-usual strategies and content campaigns on time and on budget.
Develop and place visual content for social media channels.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop appropriate placement and distribution of content for internal audiences that makes it easier for us to do the right thing for our customers.
Work under the direction of Senior Manager, Corporate Content to deliver regular reporting on content reach through various channels and distribution methods.
Collaborate with individuals and groups within Communications and Public Affairs and across the business to deliver superior communication outcomes for the organisation.
Identify risks and potential issues by supporting development of mitigations and plans to address them
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Under guidance, can implement content initiatives, activities and distribution plans.
Deliver outcomes within set timeframes and to high standards, overcoming obstacles where necessary.
Experience with the fundamentals of writing and editing across mediums (including digital and social).
Experience editing videos, podcasts and visual content. Experience with Adobe Premier software, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Knowledge of HTML and web publishing, knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and web traffic metrics and familiarity with social media required.
Experience managing content and social plans and publishing content on various online publishing platforms including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar.
