**_ The job on offer:_**:
You will provide hands on tactical marketing support on all 5 P's to deliver on our short to mid term business strategy (0-3 years), helping us to deliver on our mission to deliver products that provide yield and value to our customers and more tasty and health vegetables to the consumer.

Your portfolio will cover Seminis Vegetable seeds for Pepper, Cucurbits and large Seeds, Root & Bulb Crop families across ANZ.

With a brand new office in Hawthorn, Melbourne we operate a hybrid office/home environment. The team you will be joining are passionate experts in their field and have an endless drive to deliver on our growth strategy.

**_ Do something that moves you._**:
Responsibilities include:

- Collaborate with commercial. to enable Portfolio Strategy implementation
- Provide active input for defining the Go To Market strategy
- Be accountable to driving variety introduction launch teams, by coordinating cross functional resources to achieve marketing launch timelines
- Own the Pricing for designated crops, by helping design the pricing framework & implement pricing for the portfolio
- Lead your portfolio Customer campaigns planning, material development and execution covering traditional and digital content
- Work closely with commercial to help finalise the portfolio budget
- Effectively create & implement the annual marketing plan for your portfolio, managing the marketing spend for maximum impact
- Own timely inventory assessment & action plan for slow & non-moving products in collaboration with the ANZ Commercial lead
- Provide regular Market Intelligence and portfolio reporting
- Be a key member of the salesforce team to best leverage the tool for targeted marketing communications
- Support key grower and industry events as needed
- Collaborate with the broader Crop Science Marketing team to ensure alignment between business units and branding
- Engage with the regional marketing team to share best practice

To be successful you will need:

- Proven hands on experience in the development and execution of strategic marketing and brand equity campaigns.
- Strong understanding of vegetable seed, horticulture or agricultural markets
- Successful demonstration of portfolio and brand management
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Ability to balance creative and conceptual thinking capabilities with first class analytical commercial skills
- Proficiency using data analysis tools and Salesforce CRM
- Strong customer centricity
