**About the role**:
The Payroll Solution Designer sits within the Technology business and works closely with the P&C business unit to understand and meet specific payroll requirements. This role includes managing the Software Development Life Cycle, coordinating release processes, providing Tier 3 technical support, and ensuring compliance with IT change control processes.

Additionally, the role involves identifying opportunities for process optimization and offering expert guidance on the SAP Employee Central Payroll solution to deliver efficient and sustainable business solutions.

- Providing Technical Support across the SAP Employee Central Payroll system with the ability to resolve complex payroll calculations.
- Providing thought leadership across internal business units surrounding the optimisation of Payroll processes to extract maximum benefit from the Corporate Payroll solution.
- Co-ordination of Payroll enhancements with key business stakeholders following Agile development methodology.
- Configuration of Payroll platform enhancements.
- Managing Software Vendor relationship.
- Support P&C IT DevOps Solution Team with day-to-day activities.

**What will you bring?**
- Significant technical experience in working with the **SAP Employee Central Payroll **or** SAP** **HCM On-Premise** Payroll Solution.
- Minimum 5 yrs experience working in a configuration role across the SAP Payroll solutions.
- Experience gained in large corporate organisations, solid understanding of Payroll best practice as well as IT project life cycle experience.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and deliver to planned timeframes.
- Ability to build relationships with senior managers.
- Ability to work across teams and divisions.
- Strong team work ethics.
