Expert Payroll Solutions Developer

The Payroll Solution Designer plays a pivotal role in delivering efficient and sustainable business solutions. This key position sits within the Technology business, working closely with the P&C business unit to understand and meet specific payroll requirements.
The successful candidate will manage the Software Development Life Cycle, coordinate release processes, provide Tier 3 technical support, and ensure compliance with IT change control processes. Additionally, this role involves identifying opportunities for process optimization and offering expert guidance on the SAP Employee Central Payroll solution.

Key Responsibilities- Manage the Software Development Life Cycle, coordinating release processes and ensuring compliance with IT change control processes.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support across the SAP Employee Central Payroll system, resolving complex payroll calculations.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and offer expert guidance on the SAP Employee Central Payroll solution.
- Coordinate payroll enhancements with key business stakeholders following Agile development methodology.
- Significant technical experience in working with the SAP Employee Central Payroll or SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll Solution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a configuration role across the SAP Payroll solutions.
- Experience gained in large corporate organisations, solid understanding of Payroll best practice as well as IT project life cycle experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and deliver to planned timeframes.
