Job Title:

 

The Workday Payroll Implementation Consultant will bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Workday Payroll design, configuration, testing, and implementation principles.
  • Utilize expertise to provide informed recommendations based on client requirements, project timelines, and flexibility to adapt scope as additional needs arise.
  • Facilitate clients through comprehensive design sessions and configuration decisions grounded in best practices and a thorough understanding of unique business needs at all project stages.
  • Maintain regular engagement and support with clients throughout all phases of the project, ensuring seamless transitions from legacy systems to Workday Payroll.
  • Efficiently manage multiple tasks under minimal direction, keeping stakeholders informed of changes or progress related to the project.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Preferably, experience with Workday Payroll implementation.
  • Highly desirable: 2+ years of Workday functional implementation experience.
  • Preferred: 2-5 years of Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software experience.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing practical business solutions under tight deadlines.
