**About us**
The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) is the leading organisation responsible for training, developing, accrediting, advocating for and representing psychiatrists across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand within the mental health sector. Through conferences, publications, and initiatives, the College also fosters evidence-based practices, ensures high-quality, culturally sensitive care, and is committed to elevating healthcare outcomes for Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, and Maori communities guided by its commitments to reconciliation and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
**About the Role**
This role is responsible for the development and delivery of an ongoing series of online events, as part of our commitment to providing accessible, high-quality and relevant educational content to RANZCP members. Key tasks include:
- Deliver online events that will meet the CPD needs of our members, approx. 1-2 webinars per month, and 2 virtual events each year, typically outside of business hours, can be anticipated as part of this role.
- Liaise with speakers and moderators to help them maximise impact in the online environment.
- End-to-end delivery, including the set-up, testing, rehearsal and live delivery of each event, and the recording, editing and uploading of virtual content.
- Undertake evaluation of the events, and reporting on results and recommendations.
**What You'll Bring**
- A minimum of three years' demonstrated experience in events planning and coordination, or a similar role.
- Experience in delivering online events or meetings, and proficiency in relevant software and platforms, ideally Zoom and EventsAir.
- Experience within membership or nonprofit organisations is a plus, along with a passion for driving meaningful change in mental health care.
- A positive, can-do mindset.
- Australian or New Zealand citizen or holds the right to work in Australia.

- Salary range from $63,000 to $78,800 inclusive of superannuation and leave loading.
- A great hybrid working arrangement with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
- A monthly free paid day off for full-time staff.
