**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting customer drawings and specifications, coordinating with staff to design and detail storage systems, and managing various administrative tasks. You will also obtain and review quotes from subcontractors and vendors, compile tender documentation, and ensure contractor compliance.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Will include, but not be limited to;
- Read and interpret customer drawings, specifications and contractual documentation;
- Coordinate with and consult other staff to design, layout or detail storage systems and components;
- Obtain and review offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendors;
- Compile tender documentation for larger tenders when required;
- Responsible for daily administrative tasks, and front of house duties;
- Complete and send relevant documentation regarding contractor compliance as requested;
- Design and estimation of storage systems;
- Develop detailed design drawings and specifications using AutoCAD;
- Conduct component take offs with the assistance on quantity calculators such as Dynamics AX Product Builders and Excel Spreadsheets;
- Generally, promote the company philosophy of trustworthiness and integrity;
- Actively participate in and contribute to the team, comply with the company's authorisation schedule, comply with any other reasonable request from management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous relevant experience in similar role or industry;
- High School Certificate;
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is advantageous;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
