**The Role**

As a market leader, the organisation has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service leader, to work with them on their growth journey.

**Responsibilities of the Role**

In this role, you will primarily be responsible for:

- Ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided, by overseeing the end-to-end customer experience
- Allocating resource effectively and efficiently to ensure customer expectations are being met, and exceeded
- Lead and mentor one direct report
- Effectively engage with stakeholders inside and outside the organisation
- Promote and manage continuous improvement in customer service standards and business processes

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years' experience working in an equivalent role is preferred, OR a senior Customer Service Officer/Coordinator looking to take their next step (ideally in a comparable industry)
- Previous experience working in a Franchise or with Franchisees is desirable
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail or whoelsaleenvironment
- Prior experience leading a small customer service team is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
- Demonstrated effective listening and problem-solving ability
- Solutions focused and always willing to support the organisation to achieve its desired outcomes
- Attention to detail, time management and organisational skills are a must
