Goulburn Eye Care is currently looking for a driven and passionate person to join our team as Practice Manager.

This is a full-time management position where you will be one of the faces of our practice.

**Your skills and abilities include**:

- Management experience - highly regarded but not essential.
- Retail experience - optical retail is preferred but not essential.
- Medicare knowledge - highly regarded but not essential.
- Mathematical and data entry skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills - written, face-to-face and via phone.
- Strong computer/IT skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to learn quickly and adapt to different tasks.
- Ability to build rapport with patients.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
- Ability to work well independently, as well as in a team.
- Punctual and reliable with a mature outlook.

**About the Role**

This full-time position will see you managing the day-to-day activities of our practice. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Ensuring the highest-level of service is provided to our customers
- Provide direction and leadership to the team
- Monitor practice activities in line with the business environment
- Leverage marketing campaigns to conduct local area marketing
- Ensure all practice facilities and equipment are maintained to business standards
- Ensure compliance with OH&S standards
- Assist the team in all areas of the practice as required

This role has a fixed roster, which will consist of 5 weekdays (with 1 RDO every fortnight) and every second Saturday morning. Hours are 9-5:30pm.
