Creative Project Coordinator

OverviewWe're seeking a highly organised and proactive Creative Project Coordinator to support our marketing and creative team on a part-time basis for approx 4 months.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping projects moving, enjoys working across teams, and has excellent attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the workflow of creative projects from brief through to deliveryCoordinate timelines, resources and communication between teams and stakeholdersTrack project progress, identify roadblocks and propose solutionsFacilitate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and distribute action itemsMaintain accurate filing systems and shared creative assetsSet up and manage admin processes, including records, invoices and expenditureSupport with coordination tasks involving external stakeholders and agenciesExperienceProven background in project coordination or administration, ideally within marketing, creative or related environmentsStrong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in MS Office Suite and project management toolsDemonstrated attention to detail and collaborative approachGraphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva (Desirable)Experience creating simple digital assets for social or marketing use (Desirable)This is a part-time contract role (3 days per week, onsite) — a great opportunity to bring structure, efficiency and creativity to a fast-paced team.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typePart-timeJob functionProject Management and MarketingIndustriesNon-profit Organizations
