- Coordinate multiple aspects of client, team, and project management, including full documentation coordination with consultants.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients and prospects.
- Closely collaborate with leadership to drive business development strategy, focusing on strengthening the Critical Facilities practice area and ensuring a robust project pipeline.
- Effectively manage communication between project teams, clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants.
- Develop innovative, technical, constructible solutions by resolving complex technical and design issues with the team.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture.
- 10+ years of related project experience, preferably in Data Centre projects but other Critical Facilities may be considered.
- Strong ability to win new business through proactive business development activities.
- Proficiency in Revit, BIM360, AutoCAD software.
