About the Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing, developing and maintaining an efficient, effective, ethical and confidential administrative and secretarial support service to the Director Medical Services, other department staff and members of the Executive Office as required. This position operates with a high degree of independence in performing the duties of the position while maintaining open channels of communication between all staff within the hospital and other members of multidisciplinary teams. They will also provide accurate and timely information and assistance to clients and staff within the Health Service and external agencies
