We're looking for a **Communications & Engagement Coordinator** who thrives on connection, clarity, and practical outcomes—not someone chasing marketing awards or design portfolios, but someone eager to roll up their sleeves and help tell our story.

This is a great role for someone from a **Human Resources, Executive Support, or Internal Comms background**, who wants to shape employee engagement and drive meaningful communication—not just manage social posts.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Crafting authentic employee communications across newsletters, intranet, and local noticeboards
- Supporting recruitment marketing and community messaging that reflects our values
- Managing brand tone and message alignment across social media and stakeholder materials
- Administration coordination of sponsorships, internal branding, and team engagement activities
- Making sure the experience of joining and working at Newhaul is world-class

**What You'll Bring**
- Strong writing skills—able to speak Newhaul's language, whether it's policy or people
- Confidence coordinating comms projects and admin—especially with senior stakeholders
- 3 years minimum experience in HR, People & Culture, EA work or internal comms preferred
- Good judgement, high initiative, and a team-first mindset
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Canva, Mailchimp, or similar (no graphic design needed)
