Community Engagement Coordinator

The Opportunity Love bringing people together and creating moments that matter? As our Community Engagement Coordinator, you'll be the creative mind behind Revo Fitness' community activations, coordinating engaging events, nurturing partnerships, and crafting content that connects with our community. Working closely with marketing and operations to help shape the experience our members have with Revo.

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Events

• Jump into planning and executing high-energy activations, member events, and campaign rollouts.
• Play a key role in launching new gyms and refreshing existing spaces with engaging experiences.
• Partner with teams across Revo to ensure every event feels seamless and on-brand.

Partnership Activations

• Drive exciting activations with sporting teams, grassroots groups, and community organisations.
• Be the face of Revo at events, building strong connections and delivering a seamless experience
• Capture results, tracking measures and feedback to help us raise the bar with every event.

Content Creation & Social Broadcasting

• Be on the ground capturing the energy of our events through photos, videos, and interviews.
• Team up with our Social Media crew to share content in real time and keep our community in the loop.
• Help build our behind-the-scenes content library with authentic, engaging coverage that showcases the Revo vibe.

Member Experience

• Be a Revo brand ambassador, delivering impactful experiences at every interaction.
• Contribute to surprise-and-delight initiatives that build loyalty and community connection.

What you'll bring

• You've worked in or have a strong interest in events, community engagement, marketing, or similar areas.
• Experience in member-focused or community-driven environments is a big plus
• You're comfortable juggling multiple projects and thrive in environments where no two days are the same.
• Organisation is a strength with excellent time management and the ability to keep things running smoothly.
• You think creatively and have a sharp eye for detail, especially when it comes to maintaining brand consistency.
• You're a confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills, and you know how to tailor your message to engage different audiences.
• You're adaptable and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
• You've got some basic content creation skills (photo/video), and you're keen to elevate yourself in this area.
• Most importantly, you're a team player with a collaborative spirit and a can-do attitude.
• Must hold a valid Australian Drivers License
