**About the Role**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and safety-focused Full-Time Ramp Operator to join our ground operations team. As a Ramp Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and smooth turnaround of aircraft, supporting flight schedules, and maintaining operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct safe and efficient aircraft marshaling, towing, and positioning
- Load and unload baggage, cargo, and freight in accordance with company procedures
- Operate ground support equipment (GSE) including tugs, belt loaders, and refuelling equipment
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and company work instructions
- Assist with ramp checks, inspections, and reporting any ground handling incidents
- Work collaboratively with flight crew, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure on-time departures

**About You**
- Previous experience in aviation ground operations or a similar physically active role.
- Current Australian manual driver's licence (required)
- Able to work a roster including early mornings, evenings, and public holidays (3 am starts)
- Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Safety-focused with attention to detail
