Job Description

dnata is a leading ground services company seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to fill the role of Ramp Service Delivery Agent. This position offers an exciting opportunity for career growth and professional development within our dynamic team.

As a Ramp Service Delivery Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working in and around aircraft on the apron
  • Manual handling of baggage with a maximum weight of 32kg per piece
  • Loading and unloading of all cargo and passenger aircraft
  • Anticipating and resolving problems
  • Liaising with internal/external clients, management, and other relevant parties as required
  • Following direction during shifts to achieve required timely aircraft scheduled departures
  • Accurate data entry and processing of import/export information utilizing dnata operating systems
