Product Administrator

**PPG Industries**:
**AUS - Clayton Plant**:
As a Product Administrator, you will support the Refinish Business Intelligence Analyst, Product and Marketing team through product/data management and maintenance. You will report to Business Intelligence Analyst.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To maintain and improve data integrity in SAP through regular data health checks.
- To maintain and facilitate NPD through BCP/Commercialization/ SAP NIRO process. And other system NPD platforms like Leverage Point and Compass as appropriate
- To load SKU BOM formula for new products and maintain existing BOMs as required.
- To facilitate Product Life Cycle Maintenance through NIRO process.
- Maintain REFINISH Brand procedures to be used as standard guide to keep Brand integrity.
- Assist in driving SKU complexity reduction in the effort to minimize working capital.
- Provide reports and analysis as required.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or other relevant technical / IT / Marketing discipline
- Good IT skills including the ability to collate and analyze data
- Knowledge of the Refinish and / or LIC markets would be beneficial
- Including ability to present business results and make proposals to management
- Since the role necessitates obtaining the confidence and co-operation of others in diverse parts of the business to this role
- A background in marketing and / or product and project management would be highly advantageous
