Job Title:

Product Administration Leader

Job Description As a key member of our Product Administration team, you will be responsible for delivering effective product support to customers and managing product master data across the portfolio. You will lead critical continuous improvement initiatives and develop data governance policies to ensure data integrity. Your role will involve maintaining product master data, implementing data governance standards, and ensuring data consistency across multiple ERPs. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data governance policies, including defining data ownership and establishing data standards.
  • Maintain product master data, including new item setups, descriptions, database audits, price updates, and pack sizes.
  • Implement data governance standards locally and maintain data consistency across multiple ERPs.
  • Lead product discontinuation processes and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
People Management
  • Inspire and guide team members to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
  • Prioritize team training and development to enhance skills and career progression.
Frequent Contacts: Internal: Portfolio & Marketing Team, Customer Service Team, Supply Chain Planning Team, Product and Business Managers, Account Managers, IT Team, Regional Masterdata Team Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Intermediate to advanced computer skills; tertiary qualification in business/science (preferred); previous experience in customer service or sales & marketing/administrative support roles. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication skills; results-oriented; ability to manage customer relationships; strong time management and organizational skills; attention to detail with high accuracy; customer-first attitude.
