The ideal candidate will work as a member of our Defence Admin Support Team, performing office-based administrative tasks such as work order generation and reconciling receipts. They will also ensure timely and quality delivery of assigned Product Schedules, liaise with customers and product management teams, and contribute to customer requirements assessment and strategy development.
Key responsibilities include supporting tradespersons through work order management and data entry within Commonwealth Mandated Information Systems, assisting management in preparing work schedules based on guidelines and ADF priorities, and maintaining accurate records, reports, and information management systems.
Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with SAP is highly regarded
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
