Job Title:

Product Administration Specialist

About the Role:

This is a key leadership position that oversees product administration across various platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product extensions, price changes, discontinuations, and online SKU updates. They will also provide support to Product Managers by liaising with supplier partners and divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the product database and ensure data integrity across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and implement SOP documents for data governance and management.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the Product Lifecycle Management process.
  • Own and maintain the Digital Master SKU list and set up and maintain the product item cross-reference table.
  • Coordinate the Annual Supplier List Price Movement and manage the supplier list price register.
  • Support Product Managers in their communication with internal and external customers regarding digital product queries.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate to advanced level competence in computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office suite applications – Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Tertiary qualification in business or science (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales and marketing or administrative support role.

  • Ability to manage customer relationships across a range of cultural business environments.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
