We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us to provide support to performing Custodial Operations across our CTS Fund Services, CTS Structured Finance and the Corporate Trust & Securitisation client bases.

**About the role**:

- Utilising systems such as Garradin, Austraclear, CHESS, excel(.xls) and banking portals
- Processing bank payments and reconciliations along with the operation of USD Bank accounts NAB
- Completion of all AUD transactions with foreign bank account beneficiaries as well as domestic
- Clearing house - Loan obligations repayment of loans and Interest payments
- Corporate actions and fund accruals for distribution purposes
- Completion of a variety of ad-hoc tasks and lodgements
- Assist with providing information for Due Diligence and Quarterly Service reviews
- Supplying accurate data to internal and external parties in a timely manner
- Ensures all payments/trades that should be authorised are completed before deal and/or system cut off times.
- Manage CTS' relationship with the banks and Austraclear at the transactional level
- Administration of records and files for efficient operation, including ensuring that filing is in accordance with established procedures, and up to date.
- Work in building a strong Equity Trustees team environment to delivery success

**What you need to succeed**:

- Financial Services industry custodial experience highly regarded
- Strong Data entry experience
- Experience with banking and reconciliations
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and be able to cope with a variety of tasks.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office suite, Austraclear, CHESS, Banking Portals and other Investment Management or Trust Management Systems
- Ability to work with a wide range of people and strong communication skills
- Good mathematical abilities.
- Knowledge of SWIFT formatting and international payment flows (well regarded)
- Payment operations and/or debt capital markets trust management experience with a global bank or trustee company (well regarded)
