The role presents an opportunity to deliver therapeutic support in a custodial setting, fostering the psychological wellbeing of staff.
- Deliver evidence-based clinical assessments and interventions for staff members.
- Offer psychological guidance, counselling, and crisis intervention services, provide support to other staff members.
- Develop strategies to mitigate work-related stress, vicarious trauma, anxiety, depression, and workplace conflict.
- Deliver group training and coaching to enhance staff psychological wellbeing.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of contemporary therapeutic frameworks and skills.
A valid driver's license is required for flexible working arrangements across both custodial precincts based on operational needs.
