Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team in a permanent full-time capacity. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of experience in wealth or custody back-office operations, specifically in equity settlements, managed funds, or transfers.

This role will involve processing all managed funds orders, liaising with custodians to ensure timely execution, managing the settlement and funding of trades, transfers, reconciliation of fund holding positions with custodians, income, and rebate processing of funds.

To be successful in this position, you will require a high level of attention to detail and analytical skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. A strong experience base in operations, team-focused attitude, and ability to build and maintain established relationships are also essential.
