**What this opportunity involves**:
The National Vendor & Contracts Manager will implement and manage various delivery requirements associated with vendor engagements, vendor contract transitions onto account, as well as ongoing performance management. The role will also support the Facilities Management Operations team with respect to vendor escalations and issues resolution.

The role is based on-site with the client with hybrid work arrangements.

**What this role involves**:
Delivery of the JLL Vendor Management Framework across the JLL appointed vendor base on the Australia Post account, including operational readiness, operational performance management, with stakeholder reporting at various levels.
Support Supplier Performance Management process to drive performance and maintain pipeline of value delivery.
Provide direct support/guidance of all associated key objectives, including the ongoing assessment / assignment of tasks and KPI delivery.
Ensure contractual compliance for all contracts held between JLL and Principal service partners on behalf of Australia Post.
Key conduit between JLL and our service partners, as well as building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Tertiary qualification in Property / Facilities, Finance, Legal, Business or related field
At least 3 years' experience in managing and delivery contract management and maintenance strategies in a commercial environment
Prior experience in Property / Real Estate is desirable
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships and vendors of all sizes, including aboriginal vendors, small vendors servicing remote and regional areas and medium and large vendors
Persuasive written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong multi-tasking and organizational capabilities, with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workload in a high pressure, deadline driven work environment
Intermediate Excel proficiency, i.e. knowledge of pivot tables, vlookups, complex formulas, etc.
