Procurement Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned procurement expert to lead key functions across vendor management and material readiness in our Field Services operations.

This role reports to the Head of Field Operations and collaborates with cross-functional teams to scale our national service network efficiently.

  • Own and execute Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for Preventative Maintenance and corrective labor
  • Ensure timely sourcing, pricing consistency, and contractual alignment across a growing vendor network
  • Manage ongoing contract amendments and addenda in partnership with Legal
  • Maintain clarity, compliance, and documentation across provider relationships
  • Support cost control and quality assurance across vendor services
  • Develop and implement a national spare parts program; improve time-to-remediation by minimizing delays tied to material gaps
  • Reduce repeat truck rolls and improve first-time resolution rates
  • Forecast and manage inventory in alignment with service needs
  • Partner with Field Operations to ensure regional material availability
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management roles
  • Demonstrated experience running RFPs and negotiating vendor contracts
  • Experience working in a multi-state or national field operations or logistics environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a comfort working in Excel, Google Sheets, or equivalent
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Legal, and Finance teams
