Leading HRIS Innovation

As a senior professional in the field of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and excellence within our organisation. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and mentor a high-performing team, overseeing the entire lifecycle of HRIS modules from recruitment to payroll and rostering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of all HRIS modules to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, employment conditions, and organisational needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain reports, ensuring data-driven decision making across the organisation.
  • Provide expert support to customers, addressing inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Payroll Operations Team to process fortnightly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Establish and maintain open communication channels with vendors and support providers to address support needs and change requests.
  • Lead the preparation of end-of-month payroll reporting.

To succeed in this role, you will bring proven leadership experience, technical expertise in HRIS processes and procedures, as well as a deep understanding of awards, EBA's, and legislation. SAP, SuccessFactors, and Kronos experience is highly desirable.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of leading Payroll and/or HRIS functions in medium to large-sized organisations.
  • In-depth knowledge of HRIS processes and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of awards, EBA's, and legislation.
  • Desirable: SAP, SuccessFactors, and/or Kronos experience.
